This Shipping Policy explains how Dog Allergy Test US processes orders, delivers testing kits, receives returned samples, and coordinates laboratory intake.
Shipping time and laboratory turnaround time are separate stages. Laboratory turnaround starts only after the sample arrives at the laboratory and is accepted for processing.
By placing an order through dogallergytest.us, you agree to the terms described below.
1. Order processing
Orders may be reviewed before shipment to confirm:
- Payment approval
- Product availability
- Shipping-address accuracy
- Kit requirements
- Required customer information
- Delivery eligibility
Orders are generally processed during regular business days.
Processing may take longer during weekends, public holidays, severe weather, high order volumes, product shortages, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
An order confirmation does not necessarily mean the package has already been transferred to the shipping carrier.
2. Shipping destinations
Eligible testing kits may be shipped to supported addresses within the United States.
Available shipping options may depend on:
- State
- ZIP code
- Remote delivery location
- Product type
- Carrier service
- Package requirements
- Special handling rules
Some products may not be available in every location.
When an order cannot be delivered using the selected method, we may contact the customer to arrange an alternative or cancel the affected product.
3. Delivery estimates
Delivery dates shown at checkout, in confirmation messages, or through tracking services are estimates rather than guarantees.
Actual delivery times may be affected by:

- Weather

Shipping delays are outside laboratory turnaround time.
The time required to deliver the kit and return the sample is not part of the laboratory processing estimate.
4. Shipping charges

Tracking information is controlled by the carrier and may not display every movement or processing event.

7. Undeliverable or returned packages
A package may be returned when:

When a package is returned, the customer may be responsible for:

8. Lost, damaged, or missing kits
Inspect the package shortly after delivery.

- The wrong kit was delivered
- The package appears to have been opened
Keep the original packaging and provide photographs when possible.
After reviewing the issue, we may:
- Replace an affected component
- Send another testing kit
- Contact the carrier
- Request additional information
- Provide another reasonable resolution
Do not use damaged, contaminated, expired, or incorrect materials unless our support team confirms that they are suitable.
9. Receiving and storing the kit
After delivery, customers should:
- Read all instructions before opening collection materials
- Confirm that all components are present
- Complete any required kit registration
- Review consent-form requirements
- Store the kit according to the included directions
- Keep collection materials clean
- Check for expiry or use-by information
Improper storage or handling may affect sample quality and may require another collection.
10. Collecting the sample
Customers must follow the sample-collection instructions supplied with the product.
Before collecting the sample:
- Review all steps
- Prepare a clean collection area
- Avoid touching collection surfaces
- Keep samples from different pets separate
- Confirm the correct pet and order information
- Complete required labels and forms
Incorrect collection may lead to contamination, insufficient material, delay, or sample failure.
11. Returning a sample
Clients must use the return instructions included with their specific kit.
Return methods may differ by product. Instructions supplied with one testing kit should not be used for another.
Before mailing a sample:
- Confirm that collection is complete
- Complete all required forms
- Match the sample identifier to the order
- Seal the sample as instructed
- Use the correct return container
- Apply the required label
- Retain available tracking details
- Return the sample within the stated period
Using incorrect packaging, an unauthorized carrier, or an unsuitable mailing method may cause delay, damage, rejection, or sample failure.
12. Return postage
Return postage may be included with certain products and excluded from others.
Customers should review:
- The product page
- Checkout information
- Order-confirmation messages
- Instructions supplied with the kit
When return postage is not included, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for an appropriate return-shipping method.
A trackable shipping service is recommended when available.
13. Consent forms and supporting documents
Some tests require completed consent forms, submission forms, or other information.
The laboratory may place the sample on hold when:
- A required form is missing
- Information is incomplete
- A signature is absent
- The form is unreadable
- The sample and order details do not match
- Required authorization has not been provided
Time spent obtaining or correcting documentation is outside the standard laboratory turnaround period.
14. Prenatal sample-return instructions
Prenatal testing kits may require specific timing, handling, packaging, documentation, and courier services.
Where a prenatal testing service is offered or ordered, the customer must use the return instructions included inside the prenatal kit.
Do not rely on:
- General website directions
- Instructions from another test
- Standard return packaging
- An unapproved carrier
Failure to follow the prenatal-kit instructions may result in delay, rejection, sample deterioration, additional costs, or the need for another collection.
15. Laboratory receipt and intake
A carrier’s delivery scan does not necessarily mean that testing has started.
After delivery, the laboratory may need to:
- Receive and sort the package
- Match the sample to the order
- Review forms
- Inspect sample condition
- Confirm collection requirements
- Register the sample
- Determine whether it is suitable for testing
Laboratory turnaround time begins after the sample has arrived and has been accepted for processing.
The following periods are outside the laboratory turnaround time:
- Initial kit delivery
- Customer collection time
- Return shipping
- Carrier delays
- Laboratory intake
- Missing-document review
- Replacement-sample collection
- Retesting
16. Failed samples and retesting
Some samples may fail laboratory quality checks.
Possible reasons include:
- Insufficient sample material
- Contamination
- Improper collection
- Incorrect sample type
- Leakage
- Incorrect packaging
- Damage in transit
- Delayed return
- Failure to follow instructions
When another collection is available, Dog Allergy Test US or the laboratory may contact the customer with further instructions.
Additional kit, shipping, administrative, or laboratory fees may apply.
Retesting will extend the original completion estimate.
17. Results delivery
Testing results are sent through the reseller process and are not delivered by the shipping carrier.
Depending on the product, results may be provided through:
- Email notification
- Secure online access
- Communication from Dog Allergy Test US
- Another method described with the service
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and checking spam, promotional, and junk-email folders.
18. Delays outside our control
Dog Allergy Test US cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Severe weather
- Carrier network problems
- Labor disruptions
- Transportation failures
- Government restrictions
- Service interruptions
- Incorrect customer information
- Other events outside our reasonable control
We will provide reasonable assistance when possible, but carrier delays do not change the point at which laboratory turnaround begins.
